She froze up and I shut it down to restart it and when it booted back up it asked for the bootup disk so I instaled it then it asked for the Operating system cd so I installed that then it brought me to a screen sayi ng you have to format your drive c.So now this is all beyond me.I dont know anyone around to fix it.But I need it done asap.As this is the only computer for the house right now...Anyone wanna take a crack at it??
