Have you ever considered t-slot extruded aluminum?

Every tank in our store is held up by Bosch t-slot aluminum and we build custom stands using the same material for our customers.

Aluminum is more expensive than metal but when you factor in the labor cost of having a metal stand welded together along with having to protect the metal with a powder coated finish, aluminum becomes very comparable in price.
