Default Water Question

Is the water you buy in the jugs from the supermarket any better than tap water?

Ps. Does anyone know of a place in Calgary where you can buy RO/DI water?

Yes, but by how much depends on the brand. Pre-filled jugs are likely better than those you fill manually in the store. The quality of the water from in store filters varies and depends on maintenance and the particular standards of that store or filter system. But even if the filter is poorly maintained it should in theory still produce better quality than straight tap water, I mean it couldn't be worse right?

I would just invest in a RO/DI unit $300-$400
since at grocery stores is 2-3$ per refill, and it requires u to bring multiple jugs to have it refilled save money over the long run and much much more convenient.

Right now I can't. I've been out of work since April. So, I'm just trying this til I get back to work.
