Default Type R compact fluorescent?

I have a small clip-on lamp that I would like to use for my refugium lighting. It has a small screw-type socket and is labeled "max 25W type R". Anyone know where to find a small, type R compact fluorescent in the 3500-8000K range?

Thanks!

Regards,
Nevin

Wont find a Type R flourescent. Type R is reflective parabolic style, The Flood lamp styles. What depends is your Screw base size. If its the same as a regular light bulb, then plop in a Flourescent with no worries

So the R just indicates reflective... thought it might be the type of base. The base is not for a standard light bulb--llooks like something for an incandescent xmas light. Probably I'll just take it to Ikea as I know they have compact fluorescent with a few different bases. Is a regular bulb at 3000k or so ok for chaeto?

Thanks!
