Default Vertex LED

Hey Guys,

Just thought I would pop on here to share with you the new Vertex Lumina LED fixture.

I was going to make you guys a video until I found this; check out this nice video provided on YouTube:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHo7L...ayer_embedded#!

The fixtures are available from 12" to 72", and we have the following sizes currently in stock: 24", 36", 48", 72".

We have also setup one in our shop which you can see & touch. We would be happy to show you the demo and various other characteristics of this most impressive LED fixture.

The colour rendition on the corals is fantastic, the menu system is ever so simple and the fixture is almost silent. As for coral growth, we will know more in a few weeks time but so far we don't see anything that will stand in this bad boy's way.

You can visit the product page on our site here:

Questions? 888-840-1146 or sales@jlaquatics.com

Thank you!

Default Vertex LED

I would love one of these so bad. I built my own LED lighting running Cree XRE but I only have crappy PWM dimming and DIY cooling.

LED rocks I'd totally buy one of these but soooo pricey!

Their demo is in their fish room over their SPS tank by the door. I peaked my head below it and had blury vision for about 5 mins. The bottom of the light doesn't look like much but when it is on, it is on.

i went in on sunday with my par meter-par in the middle is 240 at the base of the corals-170 off to the sides and about 117 at the bottom at the side-but then it couldn't be measured properly because of the glass shelf-i'll know better in september when i hook up one on my 220

Hey thanks for the PAR readings! I'm interested to see where these LEDs go. The PFO version was such a let down. Pretty cool looking though, I will be interested to see how ratings develop over the next year.
