At the bottem those are zoa's middle yellow is a sponge really good for water and shows good quailty of water too top looks like an anenome of some sort

If you want the sponge to live, do not lift it out of the water. Air is detrimental to sponges.
Personally, I would keep it where it is. Maybe slice ( with a razor) a piece off and put that into the fugue. |

I agree - In my opinion it adds to the character of the reef and things like this make aquarium reefs look more natural.
