Default Help fix my x-wave pump

So I got a x-wave 6800 pump around a year ago and it stopped working recently. It just has an alarm going off and the impeller twitches but never turns. It is out of warranty now and the company doesn't answer its phone or email so Im gonna try and fix it myself!

Ive started by replacing all the electrolyte capacitors and that didn't seem to do anything, so now i'm out of ideas!

Any suggestions?

Here is a photo of the circuit board.

The impeller turns freely inside ? I am not famalir with these, I have had other powerheads where the impeller was still and the controller went into a stall mode.

Yeah the impeller turns freely, if I rotate it while it's trying to run it spins a few times and then stops.
