Default rocks on back of glass

hello, have a 90 gallon glass tank. set up for saltwater. adding the live rock.

-is there a problem with resting the rocks on the back of the glass? is this good bad? why?

You can rest the rock on the back wall. Makes it harder to clean as you cant get a meagnet behind the rock but its not a big deal. It is a bit harder to get flow behind the rock however.

Cons:

Scratches the glass
If you pile up a whole lot of them, you risk cracking the glass (I've seen it happen)
Hard to clean the glass behind the rocks, so it isn't as nice looking
More difficult to place powerheads behind the rock to eliminate dead spots.


Pros:

Easier aquascaping, and often more appealing to the eye.
