I also really want to know because I sure don't want to spend the whole boxing day at fish stores. Too bad most stores do not take advantage and advertise what they will have on sale.

I don't think boxing day sales are really of benefit to the consumer anyways...i'm sure there are a few deals here and there...but...on the whole. But i do admit i've never bought anything tank related on boxing day though.

My big boxing day event will be sitting down in my "morning slacks" - aka jams, and with coffee in hand order something online. Beats standing in line

Do u know if any stores had live rock on sale previous years? If there has been a history of this, I may shop around a few more fish stores.

Calgary Boxing Day sales.... You must be joking.

I've got to order some salt from J&L though.

Alas, the new Calgary Big Als is not open yet. They had said December 1st to open, but after emailing them I was told spring of '08 now.
