WOW what a idiot I am skimmer problems
Thanks But i feel like a ******* i was looking at the skimmer down stairs and notice the red nozzle on the skimmer Duh with the 2 dots OMG. so i turned it out 3 turns from the end since it was tightens up all the way i opened the red cap all the way and holy crap. It was like the skimmer overflowing.
I do have a huge bioload in the tank thou 23 fish. If you look back to the start of this thread where it split my post is there. so the red nozzle does what again

Mike I had posted about the nozzle earlier =)
You close the nozzle all the way then open it one full turn until the dots line up. From there you can make slight tweaks. That controls how much water enters the skimmer. If that thing was CLOSED I'm surprised it did anything AT ALL for you. |
