Keep as much as your old water as you can. Keep clams, and corals submerged if you can, get a bucket or bowl to move them in. Move your rocks first from your old system to your new system. You don't have to aquascape now, but make sure there are hiding places for your fish. Lastly move your fish, and then go from there.
