Could you re-phrase this? Are you looking for a CO2 Regulator?

http://www.airliquide.com/ I bought a size 9 (they're about 2' tall and also called a 20 pound I think) CO2 Cylinder for $150. It costs $34 each time to re-fill and they just take the old one and give me a new one. On my 270gal system it lasts a little over a year running my calcium reactor.
