Default Unknown bristleworms in my tank!!

So I've been having a really hard time keeping corals and today I may have finally discovered what was wrong with my tank while checking my tank for pods tonight. I saw 1 decent sized bristle worm. No idea if it was a good or bad one but it was poking its head out of some live rock. It may or may not have been the thing eating my LPS. (Branching Hammer and Torch). No fish have been killed yet. I read my dotty backs should eat them but I don't think they are. Does anyone have a recommendation?

Current Livestock:
Orchid Dottyback
Springers Dottyback
Royal Gramma
Yellow Tang
Blue Hippo Tang
Cleaner Goby
2 Clowns
3 Anthias
Hawaiian White Spot Toby Puffer
