The answer depends on a number of factors. Which way will the tank be oriented with respect to the floor joists ? Assuming it's perpendicular to the joists, how many joists will be under the tank ?

Will the tank sit at mid span or right up against a wall ?

If it's parallel to the joists then you have to be far more careful !

Floors are a lot stronger than they may seem but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be sure of your loads.
