Ordered my skimmer along with Ron99. I too let it run with viniger and then ran it in a bucket of salt water for about 16 hours and have just placed it in my sump. I too am suprised with the build quality of it! everything is sturdy and doesnt feel cheap at all! Its very quiet and has nice thick and frothy bubble what more can you ask for! If you have any Q's feel free to ask
