I would like to know this also.
My coral tank is still fairly new. Maybe 3 months or so, i cycled witb prodibio.
I had full colonies in it just last the 1 month mark, i added a refugium with FIJI mud and ever since then i have polyp extension like nothing ive ever seen before... its blows me away. During the day the sps colonies look like they are trying to feed... then at night with lights off its 10x crazier. The tips on the sps have almosy 1cm long extension with 5 stringers out each polyp. They are extremely happy.

My alk has been somewhat lower since the start around 7.2 give or take. Cal 420 mag 1350 while i was perfecting my dosing system.
Just recently raised alk to 8.2 and hasnt had any change on the coral health / happyness.

I believe it has something to do with the fiji mud.

Mind you i also use prodibio clean every 15 days or so. Which gives a huge boost to benifital bacteria.

My phos has been 0.001 and nitrate 0.1 since the start of the tank. That i am almosy positive is from using the prodibio.
