Default thanks everyone

hey everyone

figured id say a little something to explain where we are right now.

we do our absolute best to build a beautiful aquarium , as with any trade we have the tolerances of the product to work with and with glass its really not forgiving. our standards are pretty high , in fact the highest in the glass trade , we have a small margin of error and mistakes are expensive , so with that said we do our best to log emails, drawings etc. and try to avoid any costly mistakes for obvious reasons.

we are a small company that is growing fast , and we still do our best to get the tanks as close to perfect as we can ......but sometimes we can only get it so good . each and everyone of our tanks is built by hand and each and every aspect of the build with the exception of the polishing is done by hand. since all work is done by hand there will always be minor differences between tanks , most of which we cant help.

all of our tanks are %100 built from new glass , never do we use old glass or " donated " glass like other builders , everything we do is brand new...its what we would want as customers as well. those who have offered to give us old tanks for glass are always surprised when i turn them down , we simply just don't have a use for old glass.

sometimes we run into things we didn't see in the design phase , there's times were we change things to make things work properly( sumps are a good example) , this isn't very often but since we encourage people to help with the design process when its actually build time we have before ran into problems that needed immediate attention and as opposed to passing off something that wont work we make the changes , they are minor if at all . if it were a major change a halt would be put on the build until customer or company has been contacted.

weve sat down recently and discussed our growth, finished product and our shipping policy with warranty etc. and what we want to do in the future.weve discussed what our customer expectations are and what we can do to live up to those expectations. i think and i think most of our customers will agree that we always do our best to make sure the customer is happy , its our top priority .

we have made some changes and hope this will smooth things out long term as we grow and the changes will be implemented in the very near future , we hope this will make the ordering process as smooth as it can be and get a product youll always be happy with.

cheers all , and a big thanks for your support and continued support , your what started this all and we intend to keep making you all happy with our service and products.
