Good point I did not put my total system volume in the original post. The TSV including sump is 205 gallons. I have around 190LBS of live rock, deep sand bed etc. I can't say that there is any thing wrong with my tank and I don't want to be cheap but if I could cut the water changes down from 40 gallons to say 20 it would be nice.
