I have decided to part out all of my corals, inverts, rock, and then sell the tank separately. I'm putting it up here first before I list on kijiji.

Make me an offer, the more you take, the better price I will give. We paid over $150 just for the Duncan 3 years ago. It's over tripled in size.

Rock is healthy, established, has some aptasia. $3.50/lb
Established sand will go to anyone who buys a large portion of sand.
