15 Evergreen Crescent. West porters Lake. Out the #7 exit 19. Turn right towards the Provincial Park. Turn left on Capri Drive - second street on left past the provincial park. Take the first left on Seans Lane and it'll bring you onto Evergreen Crescent. I'm on the left - red brick split entry.
