Default Topic: Aragonite - It sucks, use something else

I use white gravel intended for freshwater. Looks like the pea gravel they use for cichlids, just whiter. It's non-porous and easy to clean. It's also cheap as dirt.

Gone are the days of vacuuming the same 5"x5" spot for half an hour only to find that it is still laden with mystery debris. 10 minutes on a 72 gallon and it's clean as a whistle.

I recommend wholeheartedly. And don't buy into that pH/kH stabilizing crap. If the pH of your tank is low enough to dissolve aragonite, you have bigger problems on your hands.

I propose a gravel revolution. Who's with me?

"Down with aragonite! We want the White!"

Or... "White gravel! Definitely better than the rest!"

Or... Can someone more poetic and politically correct help me with a slogan?

Edit: I'd like to make accommodations for the bare bottom crowd. You are welcome here too.... Y'all can interpret that in any shape or fashion that your hearts most desire.
