Thanks for the heads up. I have had a blue star in my 30 for a while and it has seemed bullet proof but I did some research online after reading your warning and it appears I may have lucked out completely. Most people have had theirs die in a couple days and it's feeding habits are pretty much unknown except some people believe it feeds on live rock film and micro organisms in the water. Since the one in my 30 is quite large now (for a 10g to sustain it's suspected feeding habits), I would have to buy a smaller one for my nano in which it probably would not survive due to their apparent difficulty in keeping. |
