Default Large skimmer in HK restaurant
Hello,

Saw something unexpected. Went to a local HK Chinese restaurant a few days ago and saw a large skimmer. It is about 8 ft tall with a diameter of probably 12". The injection is fed from an ozone unit into the middle of the unit.
