Freshly cut piece
Clamped into handy work stand ($15 canadian tire), going to heat up with heatgun and bend 90 degrees
It needs to be hot hot hot. Used insulated gloves to bend over once nice and hot. Slowly and evenly heat both sides. Over bend it just a bit, acrylic rebounds back as its cooling. Clamp or hold in place as it cools.
Tada, overflow!
Return, drain, and backup drain (3/4 bulkheads from BRS). Going to drill a hole through the side of the overflow without teeth for the return, once I've dry fitted the plumbing.
I may have cut the teeth a tad too low, but I can just install a piece behind the teeth to adjust the water height. It will be much better once siliconed, and back painted black
It's a standard 20g high
