Atleast you have a backyard/place to clean it. Being a resident in apartment, bathtub and tap were my only option and swimming with 50lb of sand particles in there was no fun! Itchy itchy!
One thing I have learned (personal opinion) is, if you don't like something outside the tank, there's a higher possibility that you would regret it inside

I have seen that brand of sand in stores but never liked the look of it.
