Well, found out the muck is not something you want in a pond. So I began to remove all plants only to find I had over a foot of gravel at the bottom. So after 9 hours of digging out the gravel, and putting it on my side driveway, flower beds, anywhere there was spare space, I now have an 1100 gallon pond.
But my wife hates the "Rock Garden" look, so I guess Ill be doing a bit more digging removing the rock in the spring.
who knows where Im going to put it.
Anyone need some gravel???
