A Shark pump powers the entire assembly of the ES1 hang on protein skimmer, but the field of conical nozzles and diffuser plate is replaced by a more conventional mixing chamber and basic diffuser.
The entire body of the ES1 hang on is 16 by 4 by 7 inches in volume with just the intake pipe and spillway protruding from the body into the tank.
The ES1 hang on skimmer is for tanks between 75 and 100 gallons but that value will depend on your real world stocking level.
