This Reeflo Super Dart Gold pump stopped working on my old tank. I called Reeflo and they told me the pump was still under warranty and gave me the option to either send the pump to them and they would repair it or they could send me the parts and I could do it myself. As neither option was good in my case, could not wait weeks for the parts to arrive from the US, I had to go with a in-sump model instead. Reeflo did send me out a new seal kit, orings and bearings. There's documentation on their website on how to replace the parts.
