Yes, in my old 33g seahorse reef tank, back around 2003, I would see one of these tiny "jellies" flitting about the tank every couple of weeks. Sometimes as many as 3 or 4. I think they are the medusa stage of hydroids. Cool addition to a tank's biodiversity. I think there was only one tiny patch of hydroids on a piece of live rock in that tank.
