Hi all,

Thought I would share a guac recipe that my somewhat fussy eater family actually liked.

3 ripe avocados
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
1 clove garlic
1-2 lime's juice
3 slices crisp bacon, diced
Salt and pepper

Mash avocados with a fork, add everything else, stir

So even though I can't add onions or cilantro or peppers or more garlic the bacon adds a nice smokey flavour. Goodbye bland guac!

Why did I not remember sooner that bacon makes everything better?! Hmm must look into bacon dosing for the tank...
