These have external sensors and controller. Just wondering if I should use the same as my old ehiem tgat were hooked up to neptune controller. I'm just not sure if the digital controller on heater would be affected when the Neptune kills the power to them |
I wouldn't use the controller inline with the Apex. Just plug the heaters into the EB8 as normal and you should be good to go. Looks like the remote sensor transmits to the controller but since it isn't in use, it won't be transmitting to anything.
