Default FS: Sump setup. Anyone looking to add a sump?

I live in a condo and decided I don't want a sump anymore as its taking up too much space.

I have a whole package for sale. I would prefer to sell as a package but will part out.

The Package deal includes (everything you need to add a sump):
Vertex IN-180 skimmer
Your choice of sump - listed below
Overflow CPR CS-50, with bulkhead, barb adapter and primer pump.
You choice of return pump - listed below
Live rock and live sand in pic below - about 20 lbs
3/4" flexible plumbing for pump and return
Filter socks
150 Watt heater
$340 for the package. Over $800 new.

Vertex IN-180 Skimmer - works great. Includes a homemade silencer I added.
