I would set up a Q-tank to treat them.

The advantage of this is you can use the Q-tank in the future to quarantine new arrivals to prevent this sort of thing from happening again.

I'm not sure about the life cycle of these organisms but you would want to leave your main tank empty of fish for some time, perhaps a month or more.

Another option would be to post pics of your fish on the "Fish diseases" section of Reef Central to get a positive ID.
