I'm a Tunze lover.
The Wavebox will not replace all your powerheads IME. It
does stir up quite a lot and tends to get into corners where powerheads don't. A combo attack may be the best. The Waveboxes are quite pricey though, so it could end up being a significant investment.
I have (2) Tunze 6105 and (1) Tunze 6055 on a Multicontroller 7095 on my 90-gallon SPS-dedicated reef. This provides enough flow for SPS anywhere in my tank. This combo in your 60" 150-gallon reef would be a good choice for a mixed reef. The new Tunzes also come with a "wide flow" attachment which makes the output more gentle while still moving the same amount of water. This option is excellent because you now have more velocity options. You could probably replace one of the 6105 with a Wavebox.
