Not so much as of late because of my PhD but a sample of my hobby list looks something like:

Mountain biking
3D printing/ CNC machining
RC Ducted Jets
Guitar, bass and drums
Electronics
Brewing beer
... And it goes on. This isn't like dabbling here and there. We're talking full on into each.
