From one who has been bitten ....

I have MP10s
I can't say much about experience with ceramic bearings, but I tried the stainless ones from BOCA referenced in the above post about replacement on reefcentral.
My experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I spent $30 on bearings and lube, waited 4 weeks for my shipment, then contacted BOCA, they re-shipped, then waited another 2-1/2 weeks before they arrived.
I installed the stainless bearings and one of them is noisy, so I have decided to purchase a new dry side.
BTW, neither new bearing was quieter than the old ones I pulled out when I shaft-tested them.
Whether or not Cade had a good experience with new bearings, I recommend you bite the bullet and buy a new dry-side.
If you do try replacements as I and many others have done, you'll only waste money trying to find the correct, quiet bearings, only to find that they are just as bad or worse than what you started with.
