If you were talking about me, I was not "Unhappy" I'm sorry if I came up that way. I simply posted what came to me.

I am however VERY happy with the stuff that came without problems. Also that I emailed BURC about the mix ups, and there was a very cooperative polite response to fix the problem within 10 minutes.

I am very happy how easy that was to deal with the problem. I would order from Burc again. There is nothing better then good customer service and a quick response and responsibility to fix a mistake. This all being said, I would deal with Burc again for these reasons.
