www.buyregent.com in Edmonton sold 40 hour Uniheat for $.94 each which was great but I see that they are no longer listed on their website. So you could try contacting
www.uniheatproducts.com directly for a list of local distributers. But I'd probably just go with the ones at J&L or Princess Auto. Ocean Aquatics lists them for $3.50 on their site and I wouldn't pay that.
