I have HOB filter as well as air pump (not used right now only in summer) and therefore water serfice is being agitated but Co2 is not lost due to its (Co2) injection in to canister filter intake.

Two hockey pack LED's are from Walmart they are 2Watt each and 6105K as per label. They have questionable reflectors so i dont know if they are any help, i had them long before together with fluorescent light. So again nothing changed accept 9W fluorescent was replaced with 1.9w Beam Work LED's

Taitian moon black sand (that keeps PH high) But i inject Co2 in to external canister filter intake so Co2 gets totally dissolved inside the filter .
