Just to put things in perspective for Calgarians and Edmontonians... (sp?? My apologies)... This house is about 35-45 minutes away from downtown Vancouver.
I live in a house just down the hill from this one and is 1/2 the size. A house this size in Vancouver could reach the 3-4 million range... A friend was looking at a house in Vancouver 10 minutes away from downtown.... 2500 square foot for 2 million... Or 2.2 million... Give or take!!!
This city is CRAZY expensive....
