The Rona pails are advertised as 5g which is the same size as a 160g. A 200g pail has 25% more than a 5g which should be 6.25g for the 200g pail. This will mean about a 25% water change with a full pail, though I don't think I can lift a 200g pail full of water very far. At 8.3 lbs./g, that's ~51 lbs for 6.25g
