So last night I go to clean up my mixing tank for water changes and I look into my refugium (I moved my cheato and mangroves back into the sump to make room for more rock in the 80g) and low and behold I see my orange starfish
I had been wondering why I hadn't seen him in the display for awhile, but I was surprised to see him in the sump! That means that he went through my overflow into my plumbing pipes and traveled through about ten feet of plumbing pipes before getting to my sump. Crazy! Happy he's ok though.
He's back in the display now here's hoping he stays put.
