Ok here goes. Body diameter is 6" and the height of te reaction chamber is 14". I used welon 3 and a little 16 for teh PVC to acrylic joints. The maxijets are 1200's, you remove just the i guess "wheel" part and replace with the bio ball. It was only running for about 20hrs and i had to shut it down to move/setup some stuff. I'll have it working agin today sometime and i'll keep you guys posted.
The "funnel" shape is a piece of acylic i heated and formed. It's made from 1/8" used a 6" coffee can and a 3" piece of cardboard tube. Heated it with a propane torch and press down on the tube so it's recessed about an 1 1/2". Here are a few pcs of the top and the union type fitting i built.
