zip ties from the dollar store. You get 25-50 for a buck so you can zip tie it all once you get it into a format you like. Works well as long as you dont make a 60lb structure cause you dont want to have that thing fall as you try to lift it out so you can epoxy it all together. Though zip ties neatly trimmed and properly applied can be hidden with dabs of that aqua putty. Seems like you might have enough room to do that in that tank - given that your tank is bigger than the homes of most living in third world countries
