PS - to the person who said they can "refuse the offer" - what if they are hooked up to paypal and you can pay right then. If I have paid and they have accepted my cash, then I would believe that we have a binding contract for them to deliver the goods?
Doesn't matter, all they have to do is refund your money, unfortunately or fortunately {depending on who you are} the law recognizes errors and the merchant is not legally responsible for an error in this case. You could make a big stink about it and you may get somewhere, depends how aggitated you get with them I suppose. Is it really worth it to you?
