For those of you who are considering buying the berghia nudibranches, they are a good way to go.
While I didn't get mine from Red Coral, I do have to say their pricing is the best I have seen in Canada.
When I got mine, I got 8 of them, to make up for any that didn't make it during acclimation as they are extremely delicate animals. I have a 57g tank with lots of aiptasia in it.
Within the first 24 hours I noticed the difference they were making in my tank. On average, two nudis will eat one aiptasia a night, but there are times when they will seek a hole and hide out for a day or two.
I thought I would share for you a couple of pics showing a before and after so show how well these little guys work.
Then another area around my zoas where I placed three of them, I have two that are actively out together. They are now positioning themselves to hit the two aiptasia on the rear right of the brown zoas.
If you are like me and tried Joe's Juice and AiptasiaX for the nems to come back a week later, then these little berghia are the best solution for you.
