Kind of a waist of time signing it.. might actualy hinder there progress.. the queensland goverment isn't going to be able to use non resident sigs, so now they will have to go through and remove non eligable signatures. but reading the full press release, the queensland gov has allready started the procedure to list it as a wild river which is a very high protection level and no mining will be allowed to take place.
