More than maxed out! I haven't totalled yet but roughly $16,000. We were only going to replace the fence this year, but with the credit available, we decided to max out and do some of the stuff we were planning for the next 2-3 years.
Upgraded electrical panel ,finally central air , new stamped concrete sidewalk, new fibreglass front door (very fan$$$y), and anything else we needed, we got from RONA. (they had their own renovation plan. Get an extra 10% back in giftcards)

Old enough to know better,  not young enough to do it again, 
but my memory is so bad that I don't remember what went wrong the first time so I will probably make the same mistake!
