Surprisingly the polyps are actually white, which is really odd as the orange color seems to be getting more intense but the polyps have just stayed white

Yes just the 2 of them, when I find another 2 female square backs I will add them to the tank so I have a total of 4. I think from now on all of my tanks will be peninsula style, I'm really liking the look of it too.
