They wont clear your tank of flatworms. I tried one recently and it began to starve to death after one month in a 50gal heavily populated with flatworms. It only ate about 90% of them, the remaining ones I got rid of with a yellow coris wrasse. I dont want to discourage you from getting one, they are amazing to watch. Just know that you'll need to get a wrasse or treat with flatworm exit or some other product to finish the job.
